"Nnnnh..." A voice moaned, disrupting the (relative) silence of Nirocci Field, as the small black form it belonged to slowly awoke. The figure sat up, revealing itself to be a little violet-eyed Murkrow.
Once the young bird Pokémon managed to fully awaken, it wasn't long before he noticed some things that were very wrong. He frantically examined his body, quickly starting to panic.
"W... Why am I a Pokémon?!" Colin blurted, standing up (with some difficulty due to his lack of hands) and looking around. "Where am I...?" He said quietly, observing the field around him. It was then that he remembered the Portal. "Oh yeah... I was brought here by that... thing. It never told me I would become a Pokémon!" He complained, putting his wings to his head, before examining the feathery appendages. "...I wonder if I can fly..." He mumbled. It would certainly be extraordinary if he now had the ability of flight. He pushed the thought aside for later, however, in favor of figuring out where he was.
(ooc; kinda terrible but god do I ever not care right now)

Colin had found himself in what appeared to be a rather large plain. There were a few sparse trees around, with leaves blowing in the wind, but other than that, there didn't seem to be much else to look at. The grass was relatively tall as well, as it didn't seem like anybody was ever out here to trim it up. The grass came up to about halfway up his body. The area around him smelled fresh and clean, just like a plain back in his home dimension would smell. But, the air around him seemed slightly cold. It appeared that he had emerged right in the middle of a cold front.
Then suddenly, a strong, but all-natural gust of wind seemed to blow in from behind Colin, bringing on a bit more chill. And it was but a few moments after that when the screaming was heard.
"H-hey! Lookoutlookoutlookoutlookout!!!" the voice cried down to Colin. And a split second later, a purple, blurry mass, who appeared to be caught on the sudden gust of wind, came flying out of the leaves, aimed directly for Colin. If he couldn't react in time, he'd probably get tackled by this flying purple missile!

The little crow looked around him at the plain. The grass was very tall, especially considering his current relative height, and the air was crisp and clean. It was actually rather pleasant...
At least until the cold wind and screaming started. Colin turned and looked at the purple blur flying straight at him, but unfortunately did not have the necessary reflexes to dodge.
Moments later, Colin found himself flat on his back, the purple... thing from before sitting on top of him. "Nnnngh..." He groaned, partly out of pain and partly out of frustration at his terrible luck lately.

A loud "OOF!" was heard from the flying purple mass as it collided firmly with the poor Murkrow. He fell on top of him in a combined mass. The two of them just lay there for a moment, with the purple body on top of Colin joining the Murkrow's groan with one of his own. Who-or what-ever this was, it seemed to be disoriented from its strange flight pattern from a moment before.
Finally, the figure seemed to realize that it was laying on top of somebody else and it quickly scrambled back to its feet and stumbled back a bit more. Although it had overcorrected itself and ended up stumbling backward a bit and falling onto its rear end. "Oh, I'm sorry, sorry, so sorry...." the purple thing said, finally managing to properly get back to its feet and bowing in an apologetic manner. Whatever this was, it seemed extremely flustered. Although, now that it was off of Colin, it became a bit more clear what "it" was.
"It" appeared to have a tail with a stinger on the end of it, and wing-like membranes between his clawed arms and his back. The membranes were blue in color while the rest of his body was a light purplish color...in fact, he almost looked pink. Two fangs protruded from his mouth and he had two long, pointed ears on top of his head as well. Quite clearly, the thing standing and bowing before Colin was a Gligar. And judging by the tone of the Gligar's voice, it was most likely a young boy.
But strangely enough, there didn't seem to be any sign of any other Pokemon around. Was he by himself then?
