Spark was running as fast as he could back the way he came originally to the canyon. He knew that from there he could see Aina forest. He periodically kept looking in the air to make sure Aureol was keeping up, but she seemed to be doing fine. Although, she really did not seem too happy, of course, neither would he considering he probably just got her parents locked up somewhere because of their disease. He felt horrible about it, but he would've felt worse if Aureol had died because of him.
"I really am sorry about your parents.... I didn't intend for them to be contained like that. I could never wish that on anyone." Spark assured Aureol as they continued to run/fly across the field.

For awhile Aureol just flew, saying nothing and easily keeping up with Spark's pace. At first it looked like she was ignoring everything he said completely. It made sense; She didn't exactly want to talk to Spark. But after a few more minutes of silence, Aureol sighed to herself and swooped down, landing in front of Spark. "Lets get something straight here." She said, standing up and blocking his path so that he couldn't keep running. Unless he wanted to run her over, which would most likely be a bad idea. "First, I have to say, I really don't know why my parents would trust someone like you. I'll have you know that I don't trust you at all!" She chirped angrily at him.
At this point, Aureol was puffing up from anger. She looked like a giant cotton ball before she calmed herself down. "If you try to give me any trouble, I will take you on. Just know that, I won't take any kind trickery or sneakiness from you." She said firmly before starting to fly again. "What berries do we need to look for? And where is the Aina Forest?" Aureol asked, flying ahead. Sure they were in a field, but it was possible that they would be able to find at least one type of berry before they got to Aina Forest. It least it was possible if the berries were common. Aureol still didn't know which kinds they were looking for.

Spark stopped when he realized that Aureol landed right in front of him. He listened to what she had to say. "I'm fine if you don't trust me. Quite frankly, I wouldn't trust me either. Aina forest is near Tyric town. Do you know where that is?" It was refreshing not being the one to ask for directions, but to be the one giving the directions. "The berries we need aren't exactly common....." Spark paused for a moment trying to remember them, he never really had a good memory, but this was way to important to forget. "Razz...Bluk...Nanab...Wepear...and Pinap. Those are the berries your mom said she used to make the medicine."
Spark suddenly realized he hadn't even given his name. Telling his name might slightly help to earn Aureol's trust. Just slightly. But Aureol didn't seem the type to easily give her trust to strangers. "My name's Spark by the way. I know it probably won't help, but now you know if I where to do something to you, you'd know my name." Spark said, but then realizing anyone could just as easily make up a name. It probably didn't help at all!

Aureol only listened to what she needed to. The location of Aina Forest and the berries they needed to find was the only thing worth listening to from the Pichu's mouth. 'I know where that is! She silently cheered. But her heart sunk a bit when she heard the names of the berries. Those berries weren't common at all and it was very unlikely that they would be able to find of them in Tunican Field. It made sense thought, Aureol admitted. The Avian flu was a strong sickness, which meant that strong medicine would be needed to counter it. And the strongest, healthiest berries for such a medicine would end up being uncommon.
When Aureol heard the Pichu give out his name, the first thing that came to mind was to introduce herself. But when she opened her beak to do so, she remember that he already knew her name. She closed her beak and sighed. That spoiled introductions a little. "Spark?" She asked, after a few minutes. "I know where were we are going now. So don't slow do-" She didn't finish that sentence. Instead she seemed to be staring straight ahead. "Huh? That guy looks like he needs help." The reason she was staring soon became clear. There was an Electrike on the path ahead of them. He was sitting down, looking kind of a dazed, with a bag in his mouth.
Could it be that another traveler was in trouble? He could just be taking a rest, but he was panting too hard for that idea to be convincing. Aureol sped up to the Pokemon and then landed next to him, waiting for Spark. The Electrike looked up dully at the two and also waited for Spark.

Spark realized that Aureol wanted to introduce herself now. He would've introduced himself earlier if he wasn't in such a hurry. Spark then noticed the Electrike soon after Aureol pointed it out. But before Spark could say anything, the Swablu started flying in it's direction. The only thing he could think to do was follow Aureol, so he started dashing in the Electrike's direction as well.
Aureol was fast and pretty hard to keep up with. But it might just be the fact that Spark is still not completely used to being a Pichu yet. "Is something wrong?" Spark asked as he approached the Electrike. All he hoped was that it wasn't anything that would take too long to deal with. He would love to help this Electrike regardless, but what he was supposed to be doing right now, he had a feeling was much more important.

It took a few seconds for the Electrike to catch his breath, but when he did he suddenly seemed to snap back to life. "Ah! Where is it, where is it?" He started to look around frantically and dropped the bag he was holding in his mouth. "Wait. Wait..." He looked down at the bag and sighed in relief. His precious cargo was still with him. "What's in there?" Aureol asked him. The bag was half the Electrike's size. "Something I have to deliver to Tyric Town. But I can't. The...the..." He looked up and down the path they were on to make sure that no other Pokemon were around. "...the Tunican highway man is on the loose! And he wants this package!"
Aureol had heard about the recent robberies that were going on in Tunican Field. But like her mom, she had assumed that they were just rumors. "Seriously? People actually get robbed here?" The Electrike nodded quickly in response. "I escaped, but I don't have time to get to Tyric town now..." He grumbled and looked back down at the bag. Aureol also looked at the bag. Would it really be that bad if he took a little extra time to go and deliver it? No one could blame him for taking too long if he was nearly robbed. It was a perfectly reasonable explanation and she was about to make that point, Electrike started talking again.
"Wait...wait. I know! You guys can take this bag! You're going to Tyric town, right?" He asked them. 'How did he know that?' Aureol decided to assume he was using common sense. They were on the path that lead to Tyric Town. Before she could answer, the Electrike plopped the bag down in front of her. "Be good little Pokemon and deliver this to the police station in Tyric Town! I'm in a rush, I have to go now!" He wasn't really going to give them any time to answer. The Electrike turned the other way and started running, leaving the bag behind him.

Spark was quite surprised by the Electrike's sudden burst of dialogue. "Well, We're not really going to Tyric town. We're going to Aina-" Spark suddenly noticed the Electrike dropping the bag and running away. Spark would've probably helped the Electrike by escorting him to the town, but now he was just left to deliver the bag himself.
"Well, this seems very important." Spark said, trying to pick up the bag that was larger than himself. It was pretty heavy, but he could manage to pull it up. "I guess we have no choice but to take it to Tyric town." Spark mentioned to Aureol as he started to walk toward Tyric town.

A sigh escaped Aureol's beak as she followed Spark. Although she didn't realize it at first, the bag that the Electrike left behind, was going to end up being nothing but a burden. They had to deliver it to Tyric Town's police station. Sure, it was close to Aina Forest. But it wasn't Aina Forest, and they needed to get those berries yesterday. "I really don't care about that bag." She said bluntly after they started traveling. "I'm sorry, but we weren't heading to Tyric Town. Who does that guy think he is, dropping this off in our care? It isn't our problem." She went on to say. But chances were, Spark would want to deliver it.
Which really didn't matter, as long as they went to Aina Forest and got the berries first. All the berries they needed could be bought at Tyric Town, but she hardly had any money. Spark probably didn't have a lot of money either; He just didn't look like he did. "We ARE going to Aina Forest first, right? I mean, that would be the smart thing to do." She asked Spark. It seemed like a good idea to her. They could deal with the package afterwards. Sick Pokemon should have their importance placed before mystery packages, unless said packages were bombs, which only happened in the movies.
A fork in the road was coming up. The most traveled path was the one straight ahead that lead to Tyric Town. The fainter path, which was off to the side, lead to the Aina Forest. Spark would have to make his choice soon.

Spark realized what Aureol was trying to say. He agreed with her, but still knew the package had to be delivered. If it was sent to the Police station, wouldn't it be? "We will go to Aina forest and deal with your mother's illness first. Then we'll, or at least, I'll come back and deliver the bag. The deliverey might not be our problem, but I can tell you one thing. Your parent's illness wasn't my problem either." Spark pointed out to the Swablu, slightly annoyed by her complaining. But the bag could help with the berries.
Spark continued to walk toward Aina forest. He could see the trees in the distance. They were finally almost there!

Aureol stopped in mid-flight after the last sentence that Spark said. His words filled her with nothing but rage and she was beginning to think of a few choice words of her own. But those wouldn't be very lady-like of her to say, and she kept flying. Nevermind that strange Electrike; Who did Spark think he was? The angry thoughts started to grind at her heart, but she didn't say anything for awhile and just started to fly faster. She had to get away from this guy. And the only way she could do that was to get into Aina Forest, collect the berries as quickly as possible, and get out. She would gladly offer to take the berries back herself. Then Spark wouldn't have to be troubled any further. Her adopted parents definitely had different tastes in Pokemon then she did. "Here's what's going to happen. Don't talk to me. I won't talk to you. I'll pretend like you're not here. We'll both get through this quicker that way. If you're smart, you'll appreciate that in the long run. I know I will. Then I'll take the berries home myself, and you can go die in a hole." She said in a low, venomous voice. For a small, cottony bird, she was scary when angry. And quite mean. "My last words to you? Aina Forest is ahead of us. Hurry up. The quicker we get through this, the better." With that, she flew ahead of Spark, and right into the forest's entrance. ~You may now make a thread in Aina Forest^^!~
