Name: What do you call a dog with no legs? (Anything you like, he won't bite you.)
Nickname: The Clown
Gender: Male
Age: Cretaceous
Starter: Mime Jr.
Initial Power: 20
Initial Wealth: ¶260 and 5 blades of grass
Appearance: Being a native Pokemon of DN2, he looks exactly like a regular (non-shiny) Mime Jr.
Personality: His personality always seems like that of a curious...well, Pokemon. Despite seeming to be a completely strange character, there is always a kind of curious and bizarre logic in his actions...when he feels like it. He never really acts on the perceptions of evil or good - he just acts according to what he thinks is best and doesn't look back. However, he usually means well, one way or the other.
He also doesn't speak - while some might think that this is because he is mute, it is actually because he has taken a vow of silence - when he breaks it, he doesn't really know, but it is something that he feels he must take to master his artistry.
Biography: As far back as he can remember, he has always been alone.
Not that this has been a particularly bad thing for him - he has always understood how to adapt to the world around him, how to fend for himself, how to find joy in even the most basic facets of life, and live life to his next dream, whatever it may be. After all, he may be, in effect, a masterful artist of humour, a wise jester, and a brilliant artist...or at least, he will be eventually, when he has grown up...but he never really cared about the consequences of life, and was curious and happy as most young Pokemon are.
It was only natural that his curiousity was piqued the day he saw Pokemon falling out of the sky. So, it was with his natural curiousity that he decided that, for his next adventure, he wanted to find out the secret to this bizarre phenomenon of falling out of the sky.
He didn't really pay attention to the fact that he was going to have to travel far beyond his home, the place he was used to - for him, it was just another experience that he could use to add to his knowledge of how the world worked. That, and it seemed like fun.

Randomism (Passive style)
Pros: Can sometimes produce random items or invoke behaviors on others.
