This is just your average everyday forum-based Roguelike/dungeon crawler... but with a twist! EVERYTHING will be randomized. Classes, dungeons, monsters, items, you name it. There is no limit to the nature of the strange things you might come across on your journey.
PLOT:
Any permanent wrapper yawns under The Evil Wizard. The Evil Wizard denotes your column past a baffling fuller. The Evil Wizard plagues The Hero. The Evil Wizard swallows above The Hero. The Evil Wizard decays! Can a waste arrive under the computerized ingredient?
Looks like things are about to get dicey...
If you wish to join, simply post here and you will be issued a random class, stats, and starting equipment. Don't worry, there are items in-game that can improve your stats and alter your class. Then you will be able to begin from the party's spawn point, even during a game in progress.
In a single post, when you are not in an encounter, you may do any one of the following actions:
-Travel to one unexplored room
-Travel between up to three explored rooms
-Interact with one object
-Perform one combat maneuver or spell
-Organize your inventory and equipment as much as you wish
-Use an item
If you ARE in an encounter, be wary of these:
-You may ATTEMPT to leave the room, but if the foe lands a hit you will be interrupted
-You cannot equip/unequip more than one item; this takes up the whole turn
If you do not post within 2 days of the previous round's update, then you will skip the turn if you are not in an encounter, or auto-perform a basic attack if you are. So it's not the end of the world if you become inactive for any reason, unless you get killed by something.
If you do die, then you're done. You drop all of your items, equipment, and experience for other players to salvage if they wish, or they can leave it so when you respawn you can gather it all up again. If you can make it back there...
Respawning will be exactly the same as joining for the first time, only you will have the option of retaining your old starting stats/class or rolling up some new ones.
